Leadel is excited at the opportunity of livestreamimg from Limmud Conference in the UK. This week (December 25-29, 2011), 2,500 UK and foreign Jews gather for Jewish learning during Christmas time.

The sessions include speakers like Holocaust historian Deborah Lipstadt, author of the recently-released, The Eichmann Trial, discussing the trials impact and meaning for today, and Shmuley Boteach on "Kosher Jesus." Nathan Lopes Cardozo will be arguing that "God is Not Righteous and the Torah is Not Moral." Aliza Olmert will talk about African refugees in Israel, and Avrum Burg and Alma founder Ruth Calderon of Tel Aviv will address the future of religion in Israel. Limmud is launching a series modeled on TED talks, called J-DOV (Jewish Dreams, Observations and Visions), where Jewish stars (including Deborah Lipstadt) will share the talk of their life.
