Vladimir Kantor, Executive Director
Born in Moscow, Vladimir moved with his family to Switzerland at the age of eight, where he received a multi cultural education. Alongside his activities in the European Jewish Congress and his exposure to a vast pool of Jewish communities on his travels, Vladimir realized the important role culture play's in a person's life. 'One needs to know where they're coming from to truly know where they are heading', His vision for Leadel.NET is to inspire Jews to address their roots and rediscover the importance of their own culture. Vladimir currently lives in Geneva with his wife and daughter.

Tomer Marshall, Curator
Tomer came to Leadel with a wide range of experience is both web development in Israel's leading Web companies, and traditional media production - mainly writing and directing for Chanel 1 in Israel. His passion is thinking and exploring new ways to get a message through (preferably using a lot of technology). "Like all Jewish things, Jewish Identity is a paradox of a continuous change of an ageless truth, the challenge is in living it". Tomer lives with his wife and two sons in Ariel, Israel.

Nir Evanhaim, Production Director
Having grown up in Los Angeles, Nir’s love of visual storytelling led him to study writing, directing and film production at Chapman University. After ditching Hollywood for Israel, he studied government and diplomacy and somehow found himself back in the media world, this time in what he deems a more important venture. Nir lives beachside in Tel Aviv, where he continually finds something new to spark his creativity.

Rachelle Menshikova, Post Production Director
Coming from a professional background of working with documentaries ranging in topics from Social Justice, to Women Issues, and Immigrant Rights -- Rachelle sees her professional mission as filling the gap between established tradition media and marginalized society. She is also a believer of the fact that independent media sources, such as the internet, will one day bridge that gap between the population masses that were once deprived of media control and those who rule it. Our resident cultural nomad, was born in Latvia, Rachelle moved to Israel as a teen, relocated to the USA for 11 years, and then returned to Israel with her daughter in 2006.

Margot Stern, Marketing Director
Despite being born and raised in Florida and a University of Florida alumna (UF -- Go Gators!) only to then make Aliyah to Israel, Margot refuses to become a mere statistic within the stereo-type of American-Israelis. Hence she is constantly fighting the odds by befriending Sabras, speaking Hebrew, and vows to shop for groceries in Jerusalem only at Machneh Yehuda. Margot is still trying to pinpoint her Jewish Identity, but hopes that by leading the marketing efforts of Leadel she'll be first on the information front and have plenty of new sources of inspiration.Professionally, Margot possesses degrees in music and management, has years of work experience within the International communications realm, and is known to teach and perform clarinet during all her "free time".

Born in Sydney, Kim has ten years experience in the International film and TV industry. She has been a reporter, sound editor for documentaries and educational event coordinator for TV master classes in the UK, Australia and Israel.

Yaron Ben-Ami, Reporter
Yaron had been a journalist in both broadcast and print news organizations, translated books and teaches history of the Jewish people. He has grave doubts about what he believes in (if anything), but is certain the Jewish story is the coolest story currently running on the planet. Yaron lives with his beloved and two sons in Tel Aviv, Israel.
